We prioritize understanding the client's needs initially, fostering a positive impression of our professionalism. We then offer our expertise on the client's products for reference, assisting them in creating a perfect product. If the client requires design services, we also have designers available to provide advice.

I. We will produce samples based on the client's requirements. Some products require mold making, the cost of which must be borne by the client. (If the order quantity reaches a certain level, we can refund the corresponding mold cost.)

II. After both parties confirm the designs, a contract will be signed and a deposit will be paid. Production time is calculated from the completion of the custom mold.

III. Product delivery time will not exceed 45 days.
